This workshop will be given by Purna Bhattacharya, an experienced Raw Vegan and Wellness Coach who will explain what kinds of raw foods and meals to eat in order to prepare for intensive workouts, including everything from building muscle to replenishing electrolytes.
Purna will describe several sources of raw and vegan protein and explain why they jumpstart athletic performance. She will also discuss the basic concepts and science of raw foods, its health benefits and how her own overall health and athletic performance has improved.
Also included: samples of two protein smoothie recipes and resources for more information.
Workshop will be given in English only.
