Have you ever tried indoor group cycling?  lululemon athletica ambassador Crystal Champagne will be hosting a special group cycle class* at Le Club West Island on Saturday, December 10th at 11:00am.  You can sign-up by calling Le Club West Island Reception at (514) 695-8851. Spaces are limited, so be sure to reserve your space early.

Crystal is a certified personal trainer, as well as a group fitness instructor. Crystal gets her inspiration by helping others achieve their personal fitness goals. Her motto is to work hard so you can play hard. She believes in leading by example and enjoys a well balanced life of exercise, diet, fun and maintaining a positive attitude.

Crystal is known for her creativity and ability to generate new and exciting workout programs, tailored for every individual and any size of group. Her goal is to help clients achieve a healthy lifestyle while avoiding the pitfalls of monotony.

*Be sure to bring your workout clothes, a water bottle, a towel, and a lock for your locker.

Our Assistant Fitness Director, Darlene Phair, “test-drives” the Jacob’s Ladder. It meets her approval for a challenging cardiovascular workout! This new cardio unit will arrive at Le Club West Island in mid-December.  We can’t wait for our members to try it!

New Fitness Equipment Coming in December!

Take a look at the new equipment that will be delivered at Le Club by mid-December.  This new Atlantis Precision Circuit is replacing our older Trotter Selectorized equipment on the fitness floor.  Our new strength equipment, along with (4) new cardio bikes and a Jacob’s Ladder, will provide our members with lots of fun ways to keep their workouts fresh and challenging!
